Some Last Pictures from CO

The light's dim, but we were asking a lot of my phone camera. On the drive back down the mountain, we were attacked by a turkey. He chased our car, yelling "gobble, gobble"!

Another Great Day in the Mountains

Today we went to Vail. It was a hot day outside, and the wading pool was much too tempting for me to pass up. First, Aunt Jen let me dip my feet in the wading pool...

Then I lost my shorts and investigated the fountains...

Then I stood right under the fountain...
Then I crawed in the pool...
And when I was totally soaked, Jen gave me back to Mom to dry off! Once we were all dry, we went to the playground at Vail. Jen bought the boys some Sour Straws, and at first, I wasn't interested. Then I noticed that Jack and Sam were enjoying them, so I thought I'd give one a try. I was hooked! I sucked on it for the next 30 minutes!





After a bit, the sky started to cloud up, so we decided to go home. Jen and Mom needed some Starbuck's on the way out, so Mom watched me, Sam, and Jack while Jen stood in line. Sam found another water play area and he couldn't resist jumping in and getting his clothes all wet. Then he told Allie that he was cold. We didn't have any towels, so Mom stripped off his wet shirt and put my sweatshirt on him! Other than the arms being too short, it almost fit him!

Once we got in the car, I was so exhausted that I fell right to sleep!

A Busy Day

Today was a very busy day! First, we went to the park. Sam is a pretty good swing pusher.

Next, we went for ice cream. Pop Pop let gave me the rest of his cone. I was in heaven.

Eating the cone occupied me for the entire ride home.

Later, we painted.

After the painting was done, I played with the paintbrushes for a long time.

Sam made a skirt out of paper towels and made us all laugh.

In the evening, we ate dinner. I stayed up to eat with everyone, and I really liked the chicken! After dinner, Mom gave me a bath and put me to bed. I was very tired! I can't wait for the fun that's in store for tomorrow!

Just the Boys

Here are some pictures from dinner tonight. We went to eat at the restaurant across the street. The weather was a little chilly, so we didn't eat out on the back porch, but we played out there at various points during the meal so that we could get our energy out and not disturb the other patrons in the restaurant.

My First Few Days in Colorado

We're having a great time in CO, but not as great as if you were here with us! Mimi (also known as, "The Queen"), entertained us at dinner last night. I loved sitting at the table and eating dinner with my cousins. I ate two mini-corndogs, a chicken nugget, and some yogurt. Yum!

I also shared some Cheerios with Jack!

This morning we painted out on the deck while Mommy had to be on a conference call. I got black paint on my hands, my arms, in my hair, and in my nose. It was a ton of fun!!

Digging My New Carseat

I like the view from my new carseat. When we're stopped at traffic lights, Mom can turn around and say hello to me! Mom hasn't taken any new pictures of me in a couple of days, but here are some old pics for you to enjoy. Remember when Mom took these with her cell phone?

I Love Older Women!

Mom took me over to Grandma and Grandpa's on Saturday and we had lunch with the Holsinger girls. They are all very cute, but I have the biggest crush on Sophie. Everytime she walked by me while I was in my high chair, I gave her a big wave! I think that this is only the beginning of my love affair with older women!

Annabeth and Samantha are cute, too. But they are still a little immature for my tastes, but...

that doesn't mean that I still won't play hard to get (with a fake cellphone, of course).

We had fun at lunch and then Mom sneaked out of the house while I wasn't looking and I spent the night with my grandparents.

It's My Birthday Today!

We had a great birthday evening! Grandma Weezie and Grandpa Bubba came over and we all went to dinner at Guapo's. Then we came home, opened presents, and had cupcakes. I got lots of cool gifts like a froggie raincoat from Grandma Wendy, some books and clothes from Grandma Weezie and Grandpa Bubba, a cool refrigerator toy from Jenni, and a bunch of other stuff. This birthday thing is fun. When is my next one?!
