A Great Christmas!

It's been a wonderful Christmas! The tree has been taken down and the decorations put away, but there's still plenty of fun to be had with toys received! A few of the highlights...

At the Kishore's on Xmas evening. Charles knows exactly who he wants to hang out with when we're all together - the pretty girls (although he needs to keep his belly hidden if has any hope of impressing them)! (Lily on left and Sophie on right)

Singing Christmas carols with Mom while Grandma Louise accompanies the group on piano. When someone chose "Deck the Halls" to sing next, Charles exclaimed loudly, "that's my favorite!"

Charles likes singing Christmas carols while Grandma Louise plays piano. Jingle Bells is a favorite this Christmas. Charles got a set of musical instruments from Bubbawheeze, and enjoyed playing the cymbals while singing.

Thanks for the Stomp Rocket, Lucy!

It's been too cold and windy to play outside since Christmas, so every toy is now an indoor toy. One of the highlights this Christmas is the Stomp Rocket that Charles received from his friend, Lucy (1.5 year old daughter of our good friends, Gwen and Rick). We are excited about using it outside when it warms up a bit. NOTE: you'll want to turn up the volume on your computer to get full enjoyment out of this video!

Baseball in the House

Grandma Wendy will probably say that it's not safe to play baseball with a lollypop in your mouth, but Charlie and I didn't have a problem with it.
